One offer, two needs
The same job, Forward Deployed Engineer AI for Engineering, depending on what you need: a shift, or ongoing support. Either way, the same flight plan and the same review standard.
| Your need | Format | Duration | What you get | Price excl. VAT |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Change how the team works, fast, with a clear end | Agentic Shift, the fixed-price shift one team, two to three in parallel at most, each experimenting on its own | 6 to 8 weeks exit point in week 1 | The framework in place, a project shipped to production, the team playbook, the adoption and consumption dashboard. The walkthrough | from €15k per team |
| Sustain a program over time | Embedded Forward Deployed Engineer, time and materials an organization rolling out Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Kiro at scale and wanting a point person | Per quarter, renewable 2 to 5 days a week | Adoption measured along the J-curve, trained referents in each team, governance and consumption tracked, new teams onboarded as you go. | €900 / day direct · €1,000 large account |
Need hands before you need a framework? I also deliver, on a time-and-materials basis, with the same workflow under human review, and the support can follow. Let's talk.
The shift can come before the ongoing support, it is not an obligation: we start from the need. Direct prices, excl. VAT; through an IT consultancy or firm, the day rate adjusts to the intermediary's margin. Firm six-month engagement or four days a week: let's talk.
How I work
Five rules, the same on an engagement and in training. They are what makes agent-written code shippable.
With the framework in place, conventions, skills and tests included, a tested and documented endpoint takes under ten minutes of generation; a page on existing code, a quarter of an hour; a complete front, API and database demo, half a day.
Without the framework, those times don't exist, and review costs more than it brings. Putting the framework in place is what Agentic Shift is for.
Career
Ten years in production, from the first line of a health SaaS to a platform of 3 million patients.
Who I am
Alexandre Ollivier, Paris. TypeScript developer for ten years, VP Engineering for three, back on the ground because that is where agents change how software gets shipped, and where guardrails are needed.
My agentic experience is on the delivery side: getting production software produced by agents, with systematic human review. I don't sell AI assistants to your users, I get your teams shipping.
Native French, fluent English. A CAP Cuisine in 2024, for the mise en place.
